Returns Policy

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 48hrs of receipt of their order by contacting us via email or telephone, or via the website. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases, and products found to be working upon return will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
